License Agreement

Effective Date: August 31, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Arseny Samolevsky ("Developer") regarding your use of ASCII VISION.

Usage Rights

• Permitted: Convert images to ASCII art for personal, educational, or commercial projects
• Exports: Use, share, and distribute generated ASCII art in your own works

Restrictions

• Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software itself
• Rights: You may not remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings

Intellectual Property

The Software remains the property of Arseny Samolevsky. You retain ownership of any original images you upload and any ASCII art you create using the Software.

Privacy & Data

All processing occurs locally in your browser. No images or personal data are transmitted to external servers or stored by the Developer.

Warranties & Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Software.
